CRA Legal are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, regional law firm with a national presence. The firm boast an excellent standard of work, a strong client base a growing business. The successful candidate will be joining a well-networked, highly-regarded and expert team of Litigation Lawyers with experienced partners who drive a great work culture. If successful, you will perform the following role as a Construction Lawyer:

- Represent clients in construction-related disputes, including breach of contract, construction defect claims, delay claims, and payment disputes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Attend court hearings and arbitrations, and negotiate settlements.
- Advise clients on legal matters related to construction projects, including risk management and contract negotiation.
- Work closely with other lawyers and staff to ensure that all clients receive top-quality legal representation.
