Construction Lawyer - Essex / Hybrid

The caseload will be a mix of contentious and non-contentious but with a bias towards litigious matters. You will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of construction-related legal matters to include:

• Arbitration
• County Court claims
• Delay and Disruption Claims
• Payment Disputes
• Insurance-related matters
• NEC contracts
• Drafting JCT Contracts
