Global (US based) law firm has instructed us to recruit a talented Competition Law Associate / Senior Associate due to continued growth.

Award winning team who represent household name clients on their big ticket matters. Their integrated team works seamlessly in multi-jurisdiction cases.

The Role

You will enjoy working in all areas of antitrust. Ideally, you will have experience in at least some of the following areas:

Article 101/Chapter 1 cases (e.g., cartel investigations);
EU and UK merger control;
Abuse of dominant position (Article 102/Chapter 2); and
Competition litigation.

The Candidate

You will have:

In the region of 3 to 5 years of post qualification in competition law, gained in an established competition team in London or Brussels.

Qualified in England & Wales or the EU (with UK experience)
Have experience interacting with the European Commission and/or UK competition authorities.
