This successful, independent commercial law firm is recruiting for an experienced corporate / commercial solicitor.

It is likely you will have at least 3 years PQE gained in business and share sales and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, contracts and general commercial agreements. 

You must have the ability to communicate with a broad cross section of clients from sole traders, through to small medium size entities and plc's. You will also be able and willing to market the commercial aspects and other departments of the firm in the local market.
