A leading, international Commercial Law Firm with offices across the globe is recruiting a Commercial Solicitor to their expanding team.

This firm is massively respected within the corporate world holding a wide portfolio of clients across specialist sectors.

They are looking for a senior associate for their Commercial, TMT & IP Team in either Manchester or Liverpool. This role will involve providing legal advice to a broad range of clients such as corporate, public bodies, third sector bodies and SME's along with individuals, intellectual property and broader commercial matters.

You will be a trusted member of the Commercial, TMT and Intellectual property team and as a senior associate you must have:

Experience of providing the full range of intellectual property advisors services in a legal practice

Experience drafting and negotiating IP and commercial contracts and documentation
