Premier Surrey firm has a great opportunity for competition lawyer to work either exclusively on competition issues or, ideally, on a mix of competition and commercial issues. Candidates will have experience across a broad range of competition law areas including:
- Merger notifications
- Competition policy and compliance advice
- Contractual restrictions/prohibited behaviour
