An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious commercial solicitor to join the commercial department of this innovative full service firm.

The successful candidate is likely to have between 2 and 4 years PQE of commercial work.

Our client predominantly acts for owner-managed businesses and SMEs advising on all aspects of corporate law, partnership law, commercial agreements, intellectual property law, e-commerce and software, finance and security issues, private equity/venture capital investment, joint ventures and business acquisitions/disposals (including earn-outs and management buy-outs).

The role is very much client facing and you will be expected to nurture those relationships as well as taking an active role in business development initiatives designed to attract new clients.  These will include participating in presentations internally and externally and active attendance of networking events/relevant industry bodies.  You will be given plenty of support in developing your skills in this area which is so crucial for your future career development.
