Switalskis Solicitors have a full time vacancy at our Knaresborough office for an experienced secretary working in our Commercial department. Previous experience of working within a commercial department is essential for this position, however further training will be provided as necessary.
The ability to show a commitment to a high standard of client care is essential for this role.
Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:
Audio typing and word processing
Assisting clients both face to face and over the telephone
General file management / filing
Photocopying and any other clerical duties required
“Meet & greet” reception cover as required
