Due to continued expansion, a senior lawyer with general commercial property background and extensive real estate development experience is required to join a growing and dynamic Commercial Property team. The successful candidate will have knowledge of document and case management sysyems, good client care and a proven background in developing client relationships, business development and marketing. You will have full autonomy over a diverse and varied caseload to include:
- Site Acquisitions
- RSL Sales
- Joint Ventures
- Infrastructure Agreements
- Section 106 Obligations
This list is not extensive and the partners are searching for a proven real estate lawyer who can hit the ground running with excellent use of initiative, good technical knowledge and will be involved in the support of junior staff.
