BCL Legal are working with a well-established full-service law firm in recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the bustling St Albans real estate department.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant work, property development, acquisition and disposals and secured lending.

Engaging in prominent property transactions nationwide, the team regularly collaborates with esteemed national and multinational firms like Dentons, Eversheds Sutherland, Gowling, Womble Bond Dickinson, and Osborne Clarke. Their client base encompasses corporates, family businesses, entrepreneurs, and SMEs across sectors within education and healthcare . Additionally, they cater to local and national clients, including notable entities like Fujitsu, McNicholas Construction, Crohn's & Colitis UK, and the Diocese of St Albans, among others.

About you:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
- Solid experience within commercial property with the capacity to manage own caseload.
