The position will incorporate all aspects of commercial property transactions to include:

• Sales & purchases
• Landlord & tenant
• Acquisition & disposal
• Leases

Communication skills are important as we are seeking someone who is engaging and enjoys building a rapport with clients and working to achieve smooth transactions in a timely manner.
