The ideal candidate must have at least five years experience in dealing with a full range Commercial Property and Leasehold Extension matters.
You can expect to handle a wide range of Commercial Property matters including
leasehold extensions, sale and Purchases, sale of business assets, sale of property at auction and Landlord and Tenant transactions under minimal supervision.
