Impressive regional firm in Buckinghamshire require an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work in their modern, progressive environment.

This opportunity is ideally suited for a solicitor between 3-8 years’ PQE, who has experience of complex projects, including high-value corporate occupier work, has an interest in business development and is keen on continually improving ways of working and adapting positively to change. A following would be of interest, but not essential.

3-8 years’ PQE on Real Estate matters with experience of complex matters.

Some experience of supervising and mentoring.

Technically strong, skilled at developing good relationships and strong on financial hygiene.

Strong team work ethic, self-motivation, and ‘can-do’ and fun attitude.

Ambition, drive, and commitment to growing Real Estate professional services.

Must be able to work closely with other team members.

Attention to detail and have the ability to build a client base from referrals and recommendations.

Ability to develop marketing skills to create new opportunities for the firm.

Be willing to take part in innovative activities to continually improve ways of working.
