Key responsibilities of the Commercial Property Solicitor

• Conducting due diligence on properties
• Handling property disputes and negotiations
• Helping represent and advising clients on a wide range of commercial property matters including but not limited to the sale, Purchase, and Lease of Land or Property, Development, Infrastructure and Planning Projects, Property finance and investment, and Landlord and Tenant Disputes
• liaising with external parties such as surveyors and lenders

Desirable skills and requirements of the Commercial Property Solicitor

• 3 - 6 PQE or equivalent
• Knowledge of up-to-date laws and regulations within commercial property
• Experience handling matters of a similar nature
