Commercial Property Solicitor - Essex

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 practice who continue to grow across all disciplines. The commercial property department is established and you will work alongside like-minded professionals across a varied caseload and a range of clientele.

The department is busy but effectively manage the workloads across the team, you will manage a diverse caseload, handling commercial property transactions which may include:

• Sales and purchases
• Leases
• Joint Venture Agreements and Arrangements
• Commercial development
• Commercial financing

Working collaboratively with the team on complex transactions, you will have the opportunity to build your skills and knowledge in this area and this role will suit a solicitor with 3+ years PQE who is looking to further develop their career in commercial property law.
