Commercial Property Solicitor - Essex

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their outstanding commercial property team who boast a very impressive client base built up over a number of years and are they are currently ranked in the Legal 500.

There is a superb network of high-quality clients and cases, and upon joining the department, you will manage your own caseload to include buying and selling commercial properties, negotiating leases and dealing with rent reviews, as well as acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues and property development. In addition, you will assist the senior fee earners and members of the team on more complex matters.

Applications are welcome from 2+ PQE and the role is likely to appeal to someone who has a strong understanding of commercial property law.
