Commercial Property Solicitor - Buckinghamshire

We are seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor working in Property, as part of the growth of a very successful team. Working with a variety of clients you will build interesting and retainable business relationships.

Able to communicate effectively with wealthy clients, the work will see you managing large transactions, supporting the growth of property portfolios, and we are seeking an experienced person able to co-ordinate and advise on matters to include:

• Freehold and leasehold
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and Tenant
• Leases

If you are strong in negotiation, experienced in leases, drafting documents and considering the risk to your clients, this is a very good opportunity to develop your career in a pro-active friendly team environment. Commercial acumen will be key, this is a fee earning role and we are seeking a legal professional who enjoys networking.
