A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/FILEX is sought to join the growing Property team of this expanding law firm's STROUD office. This is a great opportunity to join a foward thinking practice with great ambitions!

Key Criteria:

• You will be an Solicitor or FILEX with demonstrate relevant Commercial Property experience.
• You will ideally  have experience of working with a diverse range of Commercial Property clients.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Great communication skills and the ability to network is desirable.
• The ability to work productivly under your own initiative is essential.
• Be able and willing to work across offices, effectively.
• Solid team player who can deliver against deadlines and targets.
