This long established Nottinghamshire law firm, with historic roots in the city, is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor/ Fee Earner for its city centre offices.

Acting for small to medium sized companies, individuals and charitable bodies, the team advises on all aspects of the sale and purchase of property, residential and commercial development as well as negotiating and drafting leases.

You will have been handling your own caseload of commercial property matters acting for individuals, partnerships and companies advising on the full range or work.

This opportunity would ideally suit an individual at newly qualified or above level with the possibility of working on a part-time/ flexible basis.
