Commerical Property Secretary
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commerical Property Secretary to join with a well established, multi service law firm in central Leeds.

Due to expansion, the commerical property team require an experienced secretary to support several fee earners up to partner. You can expect to carry out the full complement of Legal Secretary duties. Typical responsibilities will include - typing complex documents using digital dictation; photocopying, faxing and filing; fielding queries from clients; arranging meetings; utilising the Case Management System; archiving files; producing bills; and assisting other departments when required.

You will have a solid background in property and the ideal candidate will have experience in commerical property . You will be an accurate and fast typist and will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. You will thrive under pressure and never tire of deadlines. Finally, you will manage your own time well and be a confident user of the Microsoft Office suite.
