Commercial Property Secretary opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Property Secretary to join one of the North East’s leading Legal 500 firms as part of continued growth.

This well-regarded regional full service law firm boasts an excellent reputation in undertaking a broad array of commercial property acquisitions and disposals of large investment properties, retail developments, residential portfolios, landlord and tenant and agricultural property.

You will be joining the commercial property team based in Stockton assisting commercial property fee earners through their daily transactions, including conducting money laundering checks, ordering official copy entries, ordering searches, conducting land registry duties, companies house registrations, SDLT submissions, and post completion work.

As a Commercial Property Secretary, you will be required to provide secretarial support to the team in addition to their fee earning responsibilities. As such, you should be fully proficient in all Microsoft packages, and will ideally hold a typing speed of circa 65-80wpm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Secretary to join a Teesside based firm at a strategic time in its expansion and long term plans.
