Due to their continued success, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join their Barnsley office. This is a great role for someone looking to develop their knowledge and expertise in commercial property law, working alongside experienced solicitors in a supportive and dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting in the preparation and review of commercial property documentation, including leases, licenses, and contracts
• Supporting solicitors in the management of commercial property transactions from start to finish
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and stakeholders to progress transactions
• Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents
• Assisting with the drafting and filing of documents
• Managing case files using the firm's case management system
• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and letter
• Maintaining and updating client records

About You:

• Ideally, you'll have previous experience in a commercial property paralegal role or have worked as a legal assistant in a related field
• A keen interest in commercial property law
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
