Commercial Property Locum – Staffordshire - ASAP – Ongoing

Venn Group’s specialist team within the Legal locum department are currently working with a well-known firm based in Staffordshire to bring onboard an experienced Commercial Property Locum solicitor.

Secretarial support, parking costs expensed, competitive rate, hybrid working available

The opportunity

The role will predominantly see you working on a standard caseload , landlord and tenant matters, etc. Advising on the caseload from the start of acquisition to disposal. The position is ongoing to help cover internal holiday and to support the excess of caseload.

Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years PQE in commercial property
  • Solicitors, Legal Executives or Chartered Executives, Fee Earners
  • Ability to autonomously handle caseloads and hit the ground running
