A pro-active, hands-on approach will be necessary as you will be expected to interpret and formally report to clients on property due diligence results (Land Registry “Title”; replies to enquiries; search results etc.). You will learn how to negotiate legal property documents such as contracts for sale/purchase, leases, licences, agreements for lease and transfer deeds.

The successful candidate will possess a confident and professional telephone manner along with strong interpersonal skills to attend clients in person. You will be able to work well as part of the team and on your own initiative, possessing strong administration and organisational skills with an eye for detail.
