William James Recruitment, specialists in legal recruitment, are currently working with an established law firm based in Cheshire who are now seeking a Legal Assistant to support the Head of the Commercial Property department.
The successful candidate will have experience of handling a broad range of transactional matters including sales, purchases and re-mortgages of commercial property. Experience of Property Finance is desirable including secured lending, mezzanine finance, auction purchases and repossessions.
Duties
- Provide support to the Head of Department
- Amending and drafting leases
- Client care correspondence
- Submitting searches
