An opportunity for a permanent full time Legal Assistant has arisen at our Shrewsbury office
within the Commercial Property department.
As a Commercial Property Legal Assistant, you will:
Work closely with the Fee Earners of the department on varied caseloads.
Open files and provide transactional support to the department.
Use the HM Land Registry Portal and HMRC Gateway.
Prepare and Proofread documents.
Manage telephone enquiries and prepare correspondence documents through audio
Maintain practice standards and office procedures as set out in the firm’s Practice.
The ideal Commercial Property Legal Assistant will have the following skills and experience:
Previous experience within a similar role and an understanding of Property Law.
Highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines.
Great communication skills and an ability to work well with others.
Ability to prioritise workload and handle potential sensitive matters discreetly.
Deliver excellent service to clients and colleagues.
