Commercial Property Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West on a remote basis.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of property law matters, including:

• Leases
• Licenses
• Sales and purchases of land
• Landlord and tenant matters

The successful candidate will join the team for an initial 3-6 months, with a possibility of extension.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
