A Commercial Property Lawyer is sought by this excellent law firm to work in their Taunton office commercial property team.

This is a key role and previous experience in team management would be an advantage. You will be an enthusiastic, hard working team player and confident in your skills to manage your files and build relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Property work will include Landlord & Tenant work, acquisitions and disposals of businesses, acquisition and disposal of freeholds, leaseholds; development work and plot sales; buying and selling small and medium size businesses through asset or share sales and advising on partnership agreements. Experience in agriculture and rural affairs; in particular the purchase and disposal of rural property, development, energy/communications in addition to commercial property is beneficial.

You must have proven technical knowledge and track record of a broad range of commercial property work.

You will have proven success of the full range of business development and marketing activities aimed at increasing fee income, raising your own profile and that of the firm.

You will have experience in developing and leading strategies and action plans and ability to be actively involved in the local community.

You will need to have a flexible approach, follow procedures and meet targets and broader objectives with a commercial awareness and business aptitude.

You will be an integral part of the firm’s commercial property department and the firm are offering a highly competitive salary and benefits for this full time permanent opportunity.
