Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious real estate lawyer to join a Top 100 firm in London.
My client is a Top 100 practice which enjoys an excellent reputation across a number of legal disciplines, acting for clients ranging from large PLCs through to SMEs, charities and not-for-profit organisations. As a result of continually high levels of work the firm is seeking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor of circa 2-3yrs PQE to bolster this area of the practice.
The firm is seeking applications from candidates who have handled a diverse range of matters including acquisitions and disposals of properties across sectors such as retail, industrial, commercial units and also mixed-use properties, with a thorough understanding of the considerations required for each. Additionally you should be comfortable handling matters such as lease negotiations and renewals, conditional sale and purchases and also auction transactions.
Due to the calibre of the client base and quality of work on offer it is likely that you will have gained your experience either within a leading City, national or regional heavyweight, or within a specialist property practice which is recognised for the quality of its real estate offering. Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract the best talent in the market.
