In house commercial property solicitor sought by a highly successful Property Investment company.

The company owns a mixed use portfolio throughout the UK. Initially specialisiing in the acquisition and redevelopment of industrial properties, the business has in recent years expanded its interests into residential development land and property as well as making a number of selective acquisitions in the retail and office sectors.

Working in conjunction with the external lawyers, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years pqe and be competent in all areas of commercial property to include freehold, leasehold acquisition and disposal, commercial leases and lease renewals, rent reviews, delapidations,  licences, auction acquisitions and disposals. An ability to deal with some contentious matters is also preferable.

The company offers a competitive remuneration package and will happily consider full time or part time working hours. The role will be based out of the Company’s headquarters in Otley .
