The company:

Our client is an award-winning law firm who advise on a wide range of commercial and residential matters. They are looking to recruit a new Solicitor/Lawyer into its Development & House Building Team.

The Role:

The team focus on the acquisition and disposals of development land, planning and construction matters and secured acquisition and development finance. The candidate's caseload will be a general mix of matters in these areas.

Essential Requirements

At least 2 years + PQE in Commercial Property

Development experience desirable

Key Skills

Efficient, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
