· Experienced commercial property associate, but feeling a bit fed-up and let-down by your current employer?
· Tired of working long hours with a lack of support and recognition for your efforts?
· Interested in joining a firm which is committed to your success?
My client is a thriving Legal 500 firm which is rated highly for its various commercial offerings, including a commercial property department which is recognised as one of the best in the region. The Real Estate department works with an impressive client base of developers, retailers, investment companies and funders and the firm’s expertise within the commercial property market has been supported by headcount growth, both organically and through key lateral hires.
As part of this growth the firm is keen to recruit an experienced commercial property lawyer for its office in Essex to both handle the existing work which is currently being farmed out to other offices and also to get involved in replicating the firm’s success elsewhere within this region. The firm recognises that this is a key hire and not a ‘quick fix’, hence are prepared to invest and support this new addition to the team in order to make this a success, allowing you the freedom to develop and grow this offering effectively.
Due to the structure of the department it is anticipated that the role will suit an experienced solicitor with at least 5 years PQE although the firm is willing to consider applications at all levels up to partner and designate.
Interested in a firm which will invest in you? To discuss this position in more detail call Greg Reid at Price Richardson or forward your CV in absolute confidence, either via the Price Richardson website or using the ‘apply’ link.
