Are you a skilled Property Lawyer with strong experience in Regeneration looking for a locum role within a well-regarded local authority? If so, please get in touch!

Our client is looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, FILEX or equivalent, ideally with local government experience but they are open to considering other sectors with transferrable skills. You will have experience providing professional legal advice on all aspects of property related development work.

The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:

• Provide legal guidance, expert knowledge, and assistance on property development work
• Conduct a caseload of commercial property, regeneration, homeownership, land transactions, commercial exhibitions, title work, and land swap agreements
