Commercial Litigation Solicitor

My client, a well established, national Legal 500 firm are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly successful commercial litigation team in Manchester.

The Commercial Litigation team carries out a wide range of dispute related work, including contractual claims, economic torts and company/director/shareholder disputes. They also have expertise within a number of specialist areas, such as cyber/data protection, fraud, technology, reputation management, IP, sports and licensing.

Main duties;

• The day-to-day management of cases.
• Acting as a point of contact for clients, responding to their requests and providing a high level service to clients at all times
• Demonstrating a good level of financial management.
• Supporting marketing and business development activity and contributing to non-fee-earning activity as appropriate.

About you

• 3+ years PQE
• Broad experience of commercial litigation including - Director / shareholder disputes, Debt recovery, Defamation, Insolvency Litigation
• Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise and manage tasks within set timeframes.
• A commercial, solution-driven and client-focused approach
