We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our Litigation Department.

The team’s caseload is a mixture of medium to high value and complex commercial disputes including contract, director/shareholder disputes, warranty claims, insolvency work, fraud and professional negligence. Experience of contentious property work is preferable (but not essential) including possession proceedings, rights of way and boundary/land disputes.

You will have experience in at least some if not all of the above areas and whilst you will be primarily assisting the Directors and Associates in the team, you will develop your own caseload and have the opportunity to assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships.

You will have 2-5 years PQE, although candidates outside of this will be considered, if they have the relevant experience. You will also have a broad range of commercial experience, coupled with strong procedural knowledge. In addition, you will be driven, have strong academics and demonstrate a passion for achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
