Title: Commercial Litigation Solicitor - 4+ PQE

Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Central London (Hybrid working available)

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor

• Advising and representing clients with varied commercial litigation matters within litigation, arbitration and ADR
• Handling own caseload of general commercial disputes, insolvency matters, professional negligence, injunctions and reputation management
• Acting for both domestic and internal clientele
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and market intermediaries

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor

• Qualified solicitors with 4+ PQE within commercial litigation experience gained at a reputable firm
• International experience would be an advantage but not essential
• The ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate
• Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery
• Drive and enthusiasm
• Flexibility and a can-do attitude
