BCL is working with a leading Lancashire law firm recruiting a Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join its friendly and highly respected team.

The Role
Working within a commercial litigation team recognised in the legal directories
Handling the full spectrum of commercial disputes from contractual disputes to shareholder disputes and director misfeasance
Working alongside a highly regarded and recognised Partner
Handling a broad range of commercial disputes to include contractual, shareholder & partnership, reputational & privacy, professional negligence, debt recovery, IP and Insolvency disputes
Supporting other team members

Requirements
Qualified Solicitor 5+ PQE
Strong experience in commercial disputes to include complex matters
Experience gained in a recognised team
