The firm is now seeking to expand its offering in the East Midlands through the hire of an impressive commercial litigator of between 0-3yrs PQE to bolster this team, advising a range of business on a range of contentious matters including partnership and shareholder disputes, insolvency, IP litigation, professional negligence, defamation and contentious probate. Candidates with advocacy experience will be of particular interest, but this is not a prerequisite for applying.
Applicants are likely to have trained with a leading national, international or regional heavyweight practice where quality work is the norm, and be able to indicate a strong academic track record as well as impressive and relevant recent experience. Remuneration is toward the top end of the market and designed to attract the best talent available.
