This leading global organisation now seeks to recruit an In-house Commercial Lawyer to join its supportive and established legal team in Nottingham.
You’ll be part of a team of contract lawyers providing support across the business, primarily in relation to commercial contracts and agreements.
This will include, drafting and negotiating data and technology related commercial agreements, ensuring that deals are consistent with the organisations policies, advising on legal issues connected with new products and liaising with other members of the legal team on data protection, regulation and compliance.
You will be a UK qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a strong technical expertise in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts.
This role would ideally suit an individual at NQ – 5 years PQE.
