Commercial IT NQ-3 Leeds

Our client is a top 50 UK law firm with a strong national presence and an established market leading team based in Leeds city centre. Its Commercial department operates nationally and offers high quality work.

You will be a solicitor looking to develop your career in commercial work with an IT focus. The work is predominantly commercial/IT and telecoms projects This encompasses general commercial agreements, software development and licensing, intellectual property matters, telecoms contracts, compliance and general regulatory work, product and services supply agreements, data protection, IT and business process outsourcing, and public sector and public/private partnership IT projects.

Applications are welcomed from solicitors who have trained at a leading national or recognised niche regional IP/IT practice, or those with commercial experience with a desire to focus on IT work. On offer is the chance to work with experienced practitioners building your technical skills with the ability to gradually grow your own network and contacts.
