The team provides commercial legal advice, data protection advice and ongoing legal support to clients across a range of sectors, including digital, tech and IT, retail, manufacturing, media, education, health and life sciences, and sport and leisure.


The Candidate

The team is looking to recruit a commercial Solicitor to join their growing commercial team in London.

You will need to have a solid experience of contract and commercial law and the role will including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial legal documents across technology, IP, data protection and e-commerce compliance

Ideally you will have experience of IP and IT support in relation to Corporate due diligence processes
