Award winning national firm is recruiting an experienced and dynamic Commercial senior solicitor to join its market leading team in Manchester.

The Role
Acting on behalf of public sector and independent sector health and social care clients including those in life sciences
Dealing with commercial contracting, general commercial and governance issues including NHS contracts and outsourcing agreements, Commercial agreements in life sciences sector dealing with licensing, IP and data provisions, drafting national standard primary care contracts and governance issues
Business development and marketing activities
Planning & delivery of seminars
Writing articles for health trade journals

Requirements
Proven background in Commercial matters on behalf of healthcare client
Enthusiastic team player
4 PQE solicitor qualified in England & Wales
Excellent client relationship management / business development experience
