Commercial / Agricultural Property Solicitor | Winscombe
Our client, a reputable and well-established legal practice are seeking to appoint a Commercial / Agricultural Property Solicitor to join their expanding team located in their Winscombe office on a permanent basis.
The successful Property Solicitor will be 5+ year PQE with a wealth of experience in Commercial and Agricultural Property with the ability to handle your own busy caseload from inception to settlement. This will also include being responsible for the following duties:
* Commercial property transactions
* Lease extensions and enfranchisements
* Buying & selling of rural property including estates and farms
This fantastic opportunity allows for progression to Partner level.
The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience with excellent benefits to follow.
