This opportunity gives the right candidate the chance to work with leading individuals in their field and develop their technical skills to become the next leading clinical negligence lawyer.

Your career with us will involve managing a case load of clinical negligence claims acting at all times in the best interests of the client.   You will report to the Head of Clin Neg and be responsible for handling high value and complex cases autonomously and to a high standard.  The cases may involve brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, fatality and serious injury and you will be expected to do a risk assessment of new cases and audit existing files.

  • attention to detail and be highly organised.

We can offer you a competitive salary and a range of benefits. We are based in modern offices in the heart of Glasgow city centre.
