Ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor required to start a brand new Clinical Negligence department in a progressive south Manchester firm.

The firm specialises in litigation, and up to now has resisted starting a Clinical Negligence team. However, as they have access to high quality panel work alongside their organically generated cases, they are now keen to get started.

They are looking for a genuinely ambitious and focused Clinical Negligence Solicitor who can give the department shape and structure for the future whilst also handling all cases. It is expected that you will be around 5 years qualified (guideline of 4-8 yrs, open to all who fit the criteria) with proven experience in handling a variety of Clinical Negligence matters from start to settlement or trial. Previous managerial experience may also be of benefit as the Partners do plan to grow the team as quickly as the workloads allow.
