The Role:-
* Here you will manage your own caseload of broad ranging clinical negligence claims which will include high value / complex claims.
* Work as part of a team on higher value and complex claims.
* Help supervise junior lawyers when required.
The Person:-
* You will ideally be a qualified solicitor with minimum 5 years experience of handling your own caseload of clinical negligence experience including work on high value and complex cases involving birth injury, neurological and other serious medical conditions.
* Legal Executives with requisite experience are positively encouraged to apply.
