Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Defendant) role - Possible retrain opportunity for a high quality personal injury solicitor.
A much sought-after opportunity has arisen at an industry leading clinical negligence firm in the North West to work within its highly regarded Healthcare Litigation Team.
The firm is open to receiving applications from qualified Solicitors (NQ level up to 4 years PQE), ideally with a good grounding in clinical negligence (Claimant or Defendant) however, applications will be considered from good quality personal injury solicitors with good academics and first-rate litigation skills looking to specialise in defendant clinical negligence work.
The role will involve assisting an experienced Partner with a number of complicated and high value claims as well as defending a caseload of pre-litigated and lower value clinical negligence claims on behalf of NHS Trusts and the Medical Protection Society.
The firm is committed to training and mentoring developing lawyers and as such supervision from an industry recognised head of department will be provided.
The salary for the role is expected to be up to around £36,000 depending upon experience.
