A well established and reputable law firm who have offices across Merseyside and Wirral are seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team. This role is based on the outskirts of Liverpool. The role may involve travel to other offices from time to time also, and therefore it is essential you hold a full driving license and your own transport.
The firm’s Clinical Negligence team has extensive experience of pursuing the most serious of cases including brain and spinal injuries. In addition, the team are accredited by the Law Society in respect of Clinical Negligence work.

They are paying a competitive package in the region of £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on PQE level experience.
You will be a qualified solicitor with 3 – 5 years PQE in Clinical Negligence. Although candidates slightly outside of this with proven experience in Clinical Negligence are also invited to apply.
You will manage your own caseload of litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence matters. This will involve drafting court documents, preparing schedules, briefing counsel, drafting witness statements, drafting schedules of loss, instructing medical experts and cost budgets.
You will have a passion and drive for client service and delivering excellent quality.
