Clinical Negligence Solicitor – This leading claimant personal injury firm is currently looking to recruit a clinical negligence solicitor to join their high profile, Manchester-based team. Our client wishes to attract candidates with a range of experience, though ideally clinical negligence solicitors with around two to six years PQE.

  • Previous Experience: Our client will be looking to interview clinical negligence solicitors with around 2-6 PQE. Newly qualified candidates may be considered provided they can demonstrate previous paralegal experience.

With a range of expertise relating to injuries sustained at birth, such as cerebral palsy or other neurological conditions, or as a result of severe cosmetic surgery malpractice or from misdiagnosis, the team is regularly instructed on cases, which often make the national headlines. Their experts are also asked to comment on key developments in UK case law as well as publishing a wealth of journal papers and academic articles in this field.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth a vacancy has arisen for a clinical negligence solicitor. Successful applicants will enjoy a broad exposure to high quality clinical negligence work. You will be encouraged to build your own caseload. Furthermore, you will assist the more experienced members of the team on complex, high value matters, such as birth injuries including cerebral palsy.
