Clinical Negligence Lawyer - Essex

We are working with a reputable Legal 500 firm who value their staff and seek to offer a very supportive work environment. You will work alongside like-minded professionals within the clinical negligence department, handling an exceptional quality work and you will benefit from receiving full administrative/secretarial support.

The role will see you handle an interesting and broad ranging caseload for a range of clients and will include mid-high value/complex claims with a mix of litigated and non-litigated cases. Typical work includes birth injuries, surgical errors, hospital negligence, cosmetic surgery, dental negligence, mental health care, care home negligence, misdiagnosis and late diagnosis, GP negligence and wrong prescription claims.

You will be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge in dealing with clinical negligence caseloads, understand your clients needs and be able build and develop existing client relationships.
